Returns and refunds
Please note that Hennabyhalema strictly, does not offer returns or refunds for any personalised products or custom orders.
If your item has arrived damaged during transit or received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us via messenger or at hennabyhalema@outlook.com for it to be looked into further. Any problems with the order should be reported to us within 14 working days of the order being dispatched. Please note, delivery and return postage will have to be covered by the buyer. Once we have received the return postage, only then will we send out the replacement.
For Henna Art Parties we will take the full payment at check out, you will have 48 hrs to cancel your booking. If you need to cancel your booking after 48hrs we will retain 10% of your booking fee as a non-refundable deposit and refund you the remaining amount.

These handmade personalised henna cards give the perfect final touches to your gift. No gift? No problem! The cards says it all. With FREE personalisation, you can let the thoughts count.
These 6x6inch cards are blank inside and come with a matching envelopes, giving you plenty of space to write your messages and poems.
Simply include the name, words or number you want written on the front of the card. *Max 3 words* and add to basked.
